Pricing

(All notarization fees must follow WV notary law.)

WV notarial fee:

  • $10 per notarized signature

​

Mobile Notary Travel Fees:

  • Local travel ( up to 10 miles): $15

  • Extended travel (10–20 miles): $25

  • Long-distance travel (30-40 miles): $55

 

Additional Fees:

  • Witness fee: $10 per witness

  • Hospital/nursing home visit: $10–$25 convenience fee
