Standard Natorial Act: $10.00 per  notary/ seal

Standard Travel Fee (up to 20 miles): $30.00 base rate + additional $1.00 per additional mile. (custom quote provided before travel begins)

Expedited/Short-Notice Signings: + $20.00 additional fee for urgent, or emergency requests.

​

Holiday Service Surcharge: + $20.00 additional fee for signings on official state or federal holidays.

​

All pricing and fees will be given before travel begins.

To ensure a valid and legally binding notarization, please confirm that you have met all West Virginia state requirements before your appointment begins:

​

•  Government-Issued Photo ID: Every signer must present a valid, unexpired government-issued identification card (such as a WV Driver's License, State ID, or US Passport).

•  Complete, Unsigned Documents: Bring the entire document, not just the signature page. Do not sign or date the document ahead of time—all signatures must be witnessed directly by the notary.

•  All Signers Present: Anyone whose signature needs to be notarized must be physically present at the time of the appointment with their own valid ID.

​

•  Sound Mind & Free Will: All signing parties must fully understand the document they are signing and be executing it of their own free will.

•  Credible Witnesses (If Required): If your document specifically requires additional witnesses (common in wills, deeds, and powers of attorney), you must arrange for those individuals to be present with their valid IDs. The notary cannot act as a witness. MSPSS can provide a witness if requested.
