Balancing work, family, and daily responsibilities can be overwhelming- and that's where I come in. My name is Kelsey Flading, Founder & Managing Member of Mountain State Professional Support Solutions LLC. My mission is to provide organized, dependable, and affordable support that allows both individuals and businesses to thrive.

I bring a strong background in both paralegal studies and human resources/ administrative support, giving me a unique foundation to serve clients with precision, professionalism, and care. Prior to founding Mountain State Professional Support Solutions LLC, I worked in a law firm that focused on Workers Compensation, employment law, wrongful terminations, real estate, wills and estates, power of attorneys, and civil litigation. In that role, I prepared and organized documents, coordinated case files, and served as the main point of contact between attorneys and clients.

In addition, I have professional experience as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant where I supported onboarding, interviews and workplace policy administration.

​

I hold an Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies where I graduated with a 3.8 GPA at the top of my class- a reflection of my commitment to accuracy, organization, and dependable results.

I started Mountain State Professional Support Solutions LLC because I know first-hand how challenging it can be to manage paperwork, deadlines, and everyday obligations. My goal is to provide reliable services that simplify your life so you can focus on what matters most. Whether you need business administrative support or personal assistance, you can count on me to deliver with integrity and confidentiality.

Currently, my services are only available after 4:30 pm on the weekdays and all day throughout the weekends, my goal is to expand into a full-time setting as my client base grows.
